Because we sell big volumes of drugs day after day, we get nice quality discounts with our suppliers. Because of our good relationship with our suppliers and partners we get even better discounts. Another reason why we are so much cheaper is our business model. As an online pharmacy we can save loads of money on infrastructure, shop room and lots of other fixed costs other businesses cope with.

How can I place an order?

To place an order for a certain product, you can simply go to the page of the product you wish to buy and click “Add to cart”. Once you’ve done this, the product will be added to your basket and you can, if you do not wish to buy any other products, proceed to our secured paying page where you can pay for your goods and fill in your personal shipping details. After you have purchased the products, you will of course receive a confirmation email from us.

What happens after I’ve submitted my order?

Our team of qualified people will verify your order to check if everything is fine. One of our customer support colleagues will approve or disapprove your order. If your order has been accepted, our customer support rep will transfer your order to our shipping department. If your order has been declined, you will receive an email with the reason why we prefer not to sell you the goods you ordered.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order when it hasn’t been paid and shipped yet. To cancel your order, you need to contact our customer support via email or telephone in the first 24 hours after you have placed your order with us.

What is your policy for refunds?

Due to certain regulations and laws in our business, it is unfortunately impossible for us to receive returned goods sent to us by our customers. Whenever an order doesn’t arrive at its destination, we will immediately resend a new order to compensate the loss. In other situations, you can always contact us in order to work something out along with our customer support desk.

Do you ship orders daily?

Yes we do, we send orders internationally on a daily basis. In the weekends we can unfortunately not immediately ship your products. When you place an order on Friday after 2 PM, we will have to wait until the Monday the week after to ship your goods.

What shipping method do you use?

We have our own logistics department that takes care of the handling and discrete packaging of our goods. Your order will be processed, prepared for shipping and delivered within 7 to 14 days after you’ve placed your approved order. With generics the delivery time is about 14 to 24 days.
